    • Set the name to Junk Mail
    • Set the When to Message Received
    • Set the If to Any
    • Set the Then to Reject
  • If it was an existing Rule
    • Click the (Plus) button next to If
  • To Create a rule to block a specific person
    • Change the drop down --- to The Sender
    • Change the drop down matches to contains
    • Change the field to the person's email address or name that it is being sent with
  • To Create a rule to block a keyword in the subject
    • Change the drop down --- to The Subject
    • Change the field to the keyword or phrase you want to block
  • Click Save

NOTE: Be careful when creating rules. These rules delete incoming emails. It is just as easy to delete something that you don't want as it is to accidentally delete one you want so be specific especially when blocking on a subject.
